Providing house cleaning services and apartment cleanouts is handled by our “Trust and Estate Division”, another extension of our Property Management services:

• Moving & Apartment Clean Outs, Trash Removal and Cleaning
  Call American Trash when you need FAST and EFFICIENT help when renters move out. We’ll cleanout the entire apartment, haul away any furniture, carpeting or other trash, and thoroughly clean the apartment so it is ready for viewing and your next renter
• Estate Cleanout Services and Prep for Sale
  Whether you’re seniors downsizing to a smaller apartment or family members who have lost a loved one, we’ll help clean out your home, haul away furniture appliances and other trash, then clean the house from top to bottom in order to prepare it for sale. We’ll even help with minor home repairs in order to help you earn Top Dollar for your home.
• We specialize in low cost trash and junk removal for “hoarders”. Whether they live in a home, apartment, Assisted Living Facility or Nursing Home, American Trash will clean out and haul away your junk and other trash, as well as clean your walls, floors and carpet in order to fully reclaim that useable space.
• Drop-Off Services at Donation Center
  When doing a clean out, our preference is to ALWAYS find a good home for the things you no longer want or need, such as a local nursing home or shelter, as well as commercial donation centers such as a Salvation Army, Red Cross, Habitat for Humanity, Goodwill drop off and other local resale shops.

• Exterior Property Mainteance is optionally available*, such as:

  • Home Exterior repair services
  • Lawn & Garden maintenance
  • Hauling away yard waste and other unwanted junk
  • Lock Replacement

Out of town? NO PROBLEM!

We work with a LOT of families that are out of town and live in another state, but who may have a family member in our service area* that needs our particular services. We’ll cleanout the property (including carpet and flooring removal), help you preserve the memories that are most important to you (like jewelry, photos, and artwork), find a good home for the rest of the furniture at a donation center for things like appliances and belongings that may be useful to someone else (including pots and pans, bedding and clothes), then dispose of the rest.

If a person inherits a property and doesn't know what the next step is, we can help. We consult, we organize, we haul and we clean. Then we prep the house* for move in and get it ready to put on the market in order to sell at the best price we can get!
